Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park Retirement Community in Grimsby, Ontario, organized an event that welcomed six local chefs to prepare a special dish to be sampled by 100 guests. The event was a huge success, and the winner was Chef Richard Cook of Edgewater Manor Restaurant in Stoney Creek. His creation? Ahi tuna carpaccio with wasabi lime aioli served on a crispy wanton and diakon slaw.
